What deletion affects
After email verification, FORGETO deletes the account and its associated membership, session, and verification-code records from this service. Google Play keeps its own purchase records. Deleting a FORGETO account does not create a refund. Reminders, notification schedules, and calendar events stored on your device are separate; remove those in the app or your calendar before uninstalling if you also want them deleted.

You can delete your FORGETO account in the app under Account & Premium → Delete account and data. If you cannot access the app, use the email-verification form on this page.
Request deletion
- Enter the email address registered to your FORGETO account and request a deletion code.
- If a verified FORGETO account exists for that address, we send a six-digit code to that mailbox. The code expires after 15 minutes.
- Enter the same email address and the code on this page to confirm deletion.
The public form gives the same initial response whether or not an account exists for an email address. This helps protect account privacy. Do not send your password or a verification code to support.
After verification, the service deletes the FORGETO WordPress account and associated membership, session, gift, and outstanding verification-code records from the active service database, except for information that must be retained for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Routine backups and server logs may remain for their normal retention period.
Deleting the FORGETO account does not delete reminders, notification schedules, or calendar events stored on your Android device. Remove those separately in the app or your calendar. It also does not erase Google Play’s own transaction records and does not automatically create a refund. Uninstalling FORGETO does not delete your server account.
